Finders International are incredibly proud to announce that we have become an accredited Living Wage Employer!

In June 2019, we committed to a voluntary standard for ALL our UK employees ensuring our co-workers are earning a wage that they can really live on, rather than the government’s minimum pay levels.  Currently, the government’s Minimum Wage for under 25s is £7.70 and the National Living Wage for over 25s is £8.21.  We have pledged to pay the real Living Wage, which is significantly higher than the government’s minimum rates. Our co-workers will receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.00 in the UK or £10.55 in London.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living, and since 2011, the Living Wage movement has delivered a pay rise to over 160,000 people and put over £800m extra into the pockets of low paid workers. We are very proud to officially be a part of this movement.

Danny Curran, Managing Director of Finders International, said: “We value the hard work our employees put into the company and believe they deserve a fair and just pay for their time and effort. Quite simply, it is the right thing to do. This is an exciting milestone for Finders International.”

Tess Lanning, Director of the Living Wage Foundation said: “We’re delighted that Finders International has joined the movement of over 4,700 responsible employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to go further than the government minimum to make sure all their staff earn enough to live on.

“They join thousands of small businesses, as well as household names such as IKEA, Heathrow Airport, Barclays, Chelsea and Everton Football Clubs and many more. These businesses recognise that paying the real Living Wage is the mark of a responsible employer and they, like Finders International, believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.”
