Finders International have been mentioned in the Islington Gazette for ‘Islington Entrepreneur’ Danny Curran’s recent success at the UK Probate Research Awards 2022, held on the 28th April in London. The most notable win on the night was for ‘Best UK Probate Research Firm’ for the fourth year running.

The award was presented to the Managing Director of Finders International in Westminster, London by criminal barrister and tv personality, Rob Rinder MBE. Finders International were also successful in the ‘Best Probate Paralegal’ category, which was awarded to case manager, Adam Dean.

Finders were successful in the ‘most prestigious category’ at the event, recognising UK probate genealogy firms or ‘heir hunters’ who trace family members to estates, often which the beneficiary had no idea they were legally entitled to. Geoff Odds from the IAPPR commented on ‘The Probies’ on the night: “These awards bring attention to what has been seen as a little known or easily understood industry until now”
